Restaurant:

It is a country style place, where people can make contact with de place´s staff and watch our cooks make tortillas above a stone griddle on firewood stove. It is a very attractive place where you can feel enthusiastic to find out about the house specialties.

There is a special place where our wines, jams, and jellies made in our kitchen are shown in a wooden counter, this reminds of the Ferrocarril de Los Altos, the train that used to go from the coast to the west, and passed right in front of the hotel.

Our menu has many options of fresh vegetables, grown in our organic garden which is near the hotel. Our gastronomy is 100% healthy. Juice are prepare from fresh fruit and hot beverages from natural tea and coffee. We do not sell drinks with additives.
